Do you take custom orders?

I accept custom orders and can be flexible on pricing depending on what you want created!

What is your return policy?

Any purchase made within the past 30 calendar days is eligible for a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for loss of value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Can I make an exchange?

An exchange can be started within 7 days of delivery. The exchanged item can be equal or lesser value to the original ordered item.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and are subject to review based on circumstance. If a refund is initiated before the item ordered is shipped out, it will be accepted.

My item arrived broken! How do I get this fixed?

Any products that arrive damaged can be sent back to be repaired or returned altogether. Proofs of damages need to be provided for these items to be returned or sent back to be repaired. Refunds will be issued once the damaged item is received back from the customer.
